Our Impact
Journey with Purpose
Every Padma journey brings together cultural immersion, community-led service, and adventure. For a school or group seeking an intensive service experience, Padma Organization can lead the trip.

Your adventure can help support lasting, positive change. Most journeys are designed and led by Padma Adventures LLC, and a portion of every trip’s tuition supports Padma Organization, its registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit partner.

PURPOSEFUL TRAVEL, TAILORED SERVICE
Every expedition includes hands-on community engagement. Local partners select service projects to address genuine needs in their communities and help ensure each project is useful and appropriate.
The amount of service varies according to the project and the group’s itinerary. Some expeditions dedicate more than 70% of trip time and activities to intensive service. Others include one to three dedicated service days alongside regional education and exploration.
Real People. Real needs. More meaningful. Journey for everyone.
2026 IMPACT SPOTLIGHT: NEPAL
THE HOPE FOUNDATION
Padma Organization advises, oversees, and helps fund an inpatient substance abuse recovery center and a children’s home in the Kathmandu Valley. The home supports children who are displaced, marginalized, or experiencing poverty.
NEPAL FLOOD RELIEF
Following the Trishuli River disaster, trip proceeds funded dozens of truckloads of food and supplies over several months. Padma leaders worked directly with government and village officials to deliver critical aid to the hardest-hit communities.
